What is Symploke?

Symploke turns your own calendar feeds into a beautifully designed PDF planner for your reMarkable tablet, and keeps it refreshed every morning. You can download the planner yourself, or pair your reMarkable and have it pushed automatically.

What do I actually get?

Four planners, designed for e-ink, generated from your calendars: a Weekly planner (year overview + week pages), a Full planner (adds a page for every day of the year), a Meeting planner (the full planner plus a note page for every meeting, tappable from its day), and a Daily agenda (a focused single-day page with note pages per meeting). Take any or all of them; the guide describes each in detail.

How do planners reach my reMarkable?

Two ways: download the PDF and add it yourself, or pair your tablet and have planners delivered over wifi every morning, refreshed from your calendars, with your handwriting untouched. Delivery uses reMarkable's unofficial cloud interface, the same route most reMarkable tools rely on. If reMarkable changes it, the daily push may pause for a day or two while we adapt; downloading always works regardless. We're not affiliated with reMarkable. Details in the guide.

Which devices are supported?

The reMarkable Paper Pro Move, plus the larger Paper Pro, Paper Pure, and reMarkable 2. Each planner renders in a layout tuned for your device's screen, in 14 languages, with 12- or 24-hour time and Monday- or Sunday-start weeks.

Can I show birthdays or tasks?

Not directly: Google, Apple, and Outlook all keep birthdays and to-dos outside the calendar feeds we read. But if a tool you use publishes them as a feed (a Todoist or Trello due-dates .ics, or a birthday .ics generated from your contacts), add it as another calendar and it will show up. Deeper built-in support is on our list.

What does it cost?

Symploke is a subscription with a 14-day free trial. See current prices on the pricing page. Prices are shown before tax; any applicable VAT/sales tax is added at checkout.

How does the free trial work?

You get full access free for 14 days. A payment method is collected at sign-up but isn't charged during the trial — cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged. After the trial, the subscription begins.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes — cancel any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.

Who handles payment?

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, who also handles billing tax and issues your receipts. Your purchase is also subject to the terms shown at checkout.

Is my calendar data private?

We fetch your calendar feeds only to render your planners, we don't sell your data, and generated PDFs aren't stored on our servers — they're produced on demand and discarded after delivery. The Meeting planner takes this one step further: the record of which meeting belongs to which page travels inside your own document on your reMarkable, so your meetings never persist on our servers at all. What does "Symploke" mean?

Symploke (Greek: συμπλοκή) means "interweaving" or "intertwining", a fitting name for a product that weaves your separate calendars together into one planner.

Who's behind Symploke?

Symploke is built by me, Lars, an independent developer in Sweden — an e-ink enthusiast and an unrepentant language nerd. It started as a personal wish for a genuinely well-designed planner on the reMarkable, drawn from real calendar feeds. It's a small, carefully-made product rather than a big company: when you email support, you're writing to the person who built it.

Is there a Symploke community?
